Craving something sweet but want a little more protein? This S’mores Ice Cream is the answer! Made with cottage cheese, this easy homemade ice cream is creamy, sweet, high in protein, and made without protein powder. And before you decide cottage cheese has no business being in ice cream…trust me. You can’t taste it! The cottage cheese blends into a smooth, creamy base that makes this frozen treat surprisingly rich and satisfying. Complete with all the best s’mores flavors (chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows) for a dessert that tastes like a campfire s’more in ice cream form.
