frozen protein s’mores ice-cream bars
get ready for my take on the viral frozen protein s’mores! 🍫🔥
i swapped the traditional graham crackers for BTR nation's superfood crispy treats to make the crust, added a layer of creamy nut butter, & then topped it with my cottage cheese marshmallow infused ice-cream.
it’s got all the classic s’mores flavors, but with more protein, no added sugar, & a little more nutrition in every bite.
crispy. fudgy. creamy. marshmallowy. basically a frozen s’more with my own little glow-up. 🤌
