get ready for my take on the viral frozen protein s’mores! 🍫🔥 i swapped the traditional graham crackers for BTR nation's superfood crispy treats to make the crust, added a layer of creamy nut butter, & then topped it with my cottage cheese marshmallow infused ice-cream. it’s got all the classic s’mores flavors, but with more protein, no added sugar, & a little more nutrition in every bite. crispy. fudgy. creamy. marshmallowy. basically a frozen s’more with my own little glow-up. 🤌

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. line two rectangular dishes with saran wrap.
  2. microwave crispy treat + BTR bar for 15-20 seconds.
  3. crumble up both bars, then place half of mixture into each rectangular dish.
  4. using a shot glass or small container, press in the center to make your two crust layers (add a little water to the mixture to help reform crust); freeze while preparing next steps.
  5. to build your s’mores, take out one of your crust, then spread on a layer of peanut butter.
  6. place back in the freezer while preparing ganache.
  7. melt chocolate chips, then mix in chocolate collagen peptides, & water until reaches a nice fudgy consistency.
  8. add a layer of ganache on top of peanut butter; freeze while making ice-cream.
  9. follow my directions for making cottage cheese ice-cream using vanilla protein powder & melted marshmallows.
  10. add marshmallow cottage cheese ice-cream on top of ganache.
  11. get out other crust layer & press down gently on top of ice-cream.
  12. freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  13. once completely frozen, cut into bars & enjoy!
