- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cashew Butter, Or peanut butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Collagen, Adds gooeyness- can be omitted if you'd like

- Fold protein powder into slightly thawed cool whip
- Dollop onto rice cakes
- Whisk caramel ingredients together until smooth and drippy, and drizzle overtop
- Freeze until at least slightly firm before melting dark chocolate and drizzling on top, so it doesn't bleed into the caramel
- Top with flakey sea salt and enjoy 🤌🏻
