  1. Fold protein powder into slightly thawed cool whip
  2. Dollop onto rice cakes
  3. Whisk caramel ingredients together until smooth and drippy, and drizzle overtop
  4. Freeze until at least slightly firm before melting dark chocolate and drizzling on top, so it doesn't bleed into the caramel
  5. Top with flakey sea salt and enjoy 🤌🏻
