High Protein Wrap
This high protein wrap is the next best thing. If my toddler loves it, then you know it’s a win. It’s got a secret dressing that is super yummy and adds almost 14g of protein to this meal. It’s a win!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chicken Tenders, Real Good Foods

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Lettuce, Romaine
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pickled Onions
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix

- Cook your chicken tenders.
- Mix together the Greek yogurt, avocado oil and ranch seasoning.
- In a bowl, add your chicken tenders. Chop into bite size pieces. Cover them in the ranch dressing.
- Using your favorite wrap, bread or even salad, add all of your ingredients.
- Enjoy!

I used an Ezekiel wrap for this which provided 7 extra grams of protein!
