Ingredients
- mini protein flatbreads (click for recipe)
- greek yogurt ranch dressing (click for recipe)
- oven-baked chicken thighs (click for recipe), diced
- sautéed frozen vegetables (click for recipe)
- oven-baked bacon (click for recipe), finely chopped
- Mozzarella, or pepper jack cheese
- Cilantro
- Chives
- Red Pepper Flakes

- Six Mix Crispy Veggie Chips - Root Foods, optional side

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first, make my homemade mini protein flatbreads.
- increase oven temperature to 400.
- make a batch of greek yogurt ranch dressing (adding any flavors you like).
- mix greek yogurt ranch with chicken.
- add ranch chicken mixture on top of flatbread, then layer on sauteed veggies, bacon, & cheese.
- bake flatbreads for ~10 minutes, with option to broil for 2-3 minutes.
- garnish with cilantro, chives, red pepper flakes, & anything else your heart desires!
- serve with a side of veggies or six mix veggie chips to dip into your greek yogurt ranch dressing.
