Homemade Graham Crackers
These homemade graham crackers were so simple and so easy to make. I cut them a bit thicker because my kids don’t like them as crunchy. These are more cookie like and they loved them! To make them thinner and crunchier, just roll the dough out thinner!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Butter, Unsalted

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Coconut Sugar

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Honey

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, cream your butter, coconut sugar, and honey together. Add all other ingredients. Mix together all other ingredients until the dough forms. **add flour or water if needed to either thicken or thin the dough out.
- Roll your dough out and cut into squares. Poke holes on top if you want. Sprinkle with more coconut sugar (optional).
- Place the squares on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
