Honey Sesame Soy Roasted Almonds

A few simple, wholesome ingredients tossed together and quickly roasted produces the most addictive little bites. Set these out at any gameday or snack spread, and watch them disappear because they're so unassuming yet so delicious.
Ingredients
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Organic Sprouted Almonds - Lark Ellen Farm, (1 bag)

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Honey

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Seeds

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 250˚F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk tamari or soy sauce and honey in a small bowl until fully combined.
- Add almonds to a medium-sized bowl, then pour in honey/tamari mixture.
- Use a spatula to mix until well combined.
- Pour in toasted sesame seeds and mix again until fully combined.
- Pour mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet and place into the oven.
- Roast for 30 minutes, carefully pulling out of the oven to mix every 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely, then serve or store in an air-tight container for up to a week.
