Iced Watermelon White Tea
As the temperature rises and watermelons make their bright appearances in the market, we found these iced watermelon white teas to be a summer boon. And BONUS, just when you think you’re done with the drink, you get these amazingly juicy watermelons to nibble on if you haven’t already!
Ingredients
- 1-2 pieces1-2 pieces1-2 pieces Watermelon, approx 1/2 cup w/out the rind
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Hot Water, 180°
- 2-3 grams2-3 grams2-3 grams Nepal Tea Collective White Peony Tea
- 1-2 tsp1-2 tsp1-2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, or sweetener of choice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Freeze watermelon slices/cubes til solid.
- Brew tea in water for four minutes, strain and add maple syrup to desired sweetness.
- When ready to enjoy, drop the frozen slices of watermelon into the glass. Pour the sweetened white tea into the same glass. Wait a few seconds to let the water melon soak the white tea. Add a few ice cubes to the glass and stir until you get the perfectly chilled watermelon white tea!
