Immune Boosting Gummies! (Edit recipe)

That's right- all the fun, squishy, vibrant colors of traditional gummy worms, but made only with a few nourishing ingredients, and the addition of vitamin C & elderberry, too!

Your kids will love these festive colors at first sight, but you'll love knowing that you're giving them a total nutrition boost, too! 🙌🏻

I made 2 flavors, then added a pinch of blue spirulina to the mango flavor for fun Christmas colors 🎄

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. For each flavor: combine gelatin & 1/2 cup juice together in a bowl and allow to sit for several minutes. It will thicken into a gelatin bloom
  2. -heat & muddle frozen fruit over stove top. Add a 1/4 cup juice to break it down. You can process or blend it too to make it really smooth
  3. -add gelatin bloom into warm fruit mixture and stir until dissolved
  4. -optional: add 2 servings vit c to mango orange mixture and 2 servings elderberry syrup to raspberry mixture
  5. -pour into molds of choice & refrigerate for an hour before removing to enjoy / store
  6. --> if doing multi color simply use a syringe or the dropper that comes with your gummy worm silicone mold to place two colors simultaneously as you see in the video. The colors won't really bleed since they're thickened

Notes

You can absolutely omit the added vitamins, or add your own immune boosting herbs / vitamins
