Immune Boosting Smoothie
This movie is filled with antioxidants and will help build or boost your child’s immune system. When my kids have the slightest cough or runny nose, I always add the smoothie into their mix.

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Wild Blueberry Powder - KOYAH

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Collagen, Optional
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey

- 4 fl oz4 fl oz4 fl oz Water
