- In a large bowl, toss the peeled and cubed sweet potatoes with avocado oil, 1 tablespoon smokehouse rub, 1 teaspoon onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Air fry or bake in a convection oven at 400Β°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket or tossing halfway through for even browning.
- While the sweet potatoes cook, add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with the remaining smokehouse rub, remaining onion powder, and Redmond Real Salt Garlic & Pepper Seasoning. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
- In a separate skillet, melt a small knob of butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and caramelized, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the burger spread ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the bowls by dividing the lettuce among serving bowls. Top with the crispy sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, and caramelized onions.
- Drizzle generously with the burger spread and serve immediately.
