Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl, toss the peeled and cubed sweet potatoes with avocado oil, 1 tablespoon smokehouse rub, 1 teaspoon onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Air fry or bake in a convection oven at 400Β°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket or tossing halfway through for even browning.
  3. While the sweet potatoes cook, add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with the remaining smokehouse rub, remaining onion powder, and Redmond Real Salt Garlic & Pepper Seasoning. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
  4. In a separate skillet, melt a small knob of butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and caramelized, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the burger spread ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  6. Assemble the bowls by dividing the lettuce among serving bowls. Top with the crispy sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, and caramelized onions.
  7. Drizzle generously with the burger spread and serve immediately.
