Juicy, herby Mediterranean-inspired lamb burgers made with U.S. Wellness ground lamb are seriously delicious! These flavorful patties are not lacking any flavor! They're grilled to perfection and topped with crumbled feta, mixed greens, juicy tomatoes, and my tangy tzatziki sauce. If you've never tried lamb, this is a delicious way to try it! This is a perfect meal for a weeknight or weekend cookout! Provecho amigos!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl, add ground lamb, mint, dill, parsley, cilantro, salt, cumin, onion powder, and sumac.
  2. Gently mix everything together just until combined. Be very careful not to overmix so the burgers stay tender.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions (about 1/4 lb each) and shape into patties. Add a small divot in the center of each burger with your index finger.
  4. Grill on a Traeger at 450°F for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Assemble burgers on sesame buns with mixed greens, tzatziki, pickled onions, tomatoes and crumbled feta.
  6. Serve immediately!
