thrive market's coconut wraps are my personality trait! they are my absolute favorite grain-free, fiber-rich tortilla for the perfect high-protein lunch. I am very much a formula person, so here is the template I follow when building my wrap:
  1. coconut wraps
  2. protein of choice
  3. greek yogurt based dressing
  4. easy add-ins: fruits, veggies, herbs, cheese, etc.
  5. side: healthier crunchy, munchy goodness
a hero, a hoagie, a grinder, or just a good ole Italian sub - whatever you want to call it, this wrap is that classic deli sandwich in a crispy coconut wrap. featuring all your favorite deli meats, veggies, cheese, & that olive garden dupe dressing. served alongside vandy's beef tallow potato chips & you have the ultimate easy, balanced lunch!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. make your greek yogurt based dressing.
  2. portioning everything to your preference, to a bowl add all remaining filling ingredients, except coconut wraps.
  3. add a few scoops of your dressing & mix together.
  4. place a coconut wrap in the diamond position, then add all your fillings to the coconut wrap (I make 2 wraps for 1 serving).
  5. wrap roll from the bottom, then fold in sides & continue to roll.
  6. leave about a 1” top seem to dab a little water on to hold the roll together.
  7. heat a skillet over medium heat, then pan fry wraps for 30-60 seconds on each side.
  8. serve with leftover dressing & a crunchy side!
