- preheat oven to 400.
- add the sweet potato chips, bacon, monk fruit, & seasonings to a food processor & blitz a few times into a finer crumble.
- to a bowl, add crunchy mixture + remaining meatball ingredients.
- form into 8 patties, then place on a baking sheet & bake for 15-18 minutes or until reaches internal temperature of 165.
assembling burgers
- make grain-free hamburger buns, jalapeƱo greek yogurt ranch dressing, & sauteed peppers & onions.
- to a grain-free hamburger bun, add jalapeƱo greek yogurt ranch dressing ā sautĆ©ed peppers & onions ā jalapeƱo popper burger ā slice of cheese ā bacon ā pickled jalapeƱos.
