When spicy meets sweet, it just can’t go wrong! This is a great appetizer to serve in Thanksgiving Day!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix all ingredients together for the meatballs in a bowl.
  2. I used a half-inch scooper and scooped them onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 400° for 25 mins or until cooked through.
  4. For the sauce, place water, orange juice, and coconut sugar in a small saucepan.
  5. Heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  6. Rinse and go through the cranberries, disgarding any that are soft. Add the cranberries to the sauce pan, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Once done use an immersion blender to blend them up.
  8. Combine the meatballs and sauce and simmer uncovered for 5 mins.
  9. Enjoy!!
