Keto Cookie Dough Truffles (Halloween Edition)
Feeling spooky? This is the perfect guilt free treat to bring to the party! These mummified bites are almost as cute as they are tasty. Phat Foods keto cookie dough is a great way to enjoy Halloween goodies while staying low carb and sugar free!
Ingredients
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Chocolate Chip Phat Dough, (1 jar, or your favorite flavor)
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips, plus extra for decoration
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Coconut Oil
- Lily's Keto Dark Chocolate Baking Chips, melted, or black or red decorating gel

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Roll tablespoon size balls of edible cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Place in fridge or freezer until ready to use.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip chilled balls into chocolate and place back onto parchment paper lined pan. Place in fridge for 5 minutes to let the chocolate set.
- Once set, drizzle more chocolate over top to mummify. Use gel or melted dark chocolate to add dots for eyes. Enjoy!
