One of our favorite ways to use our Keto Cracker Crumbs is to make two-ingredient waffles with them (check out the savory version here)… they will blow your mind. We had to share a way to make a sweet version of these tasty waffles, too.Waffles that check all the boxes (gluten-free, grain-free, keto-friendly, dairy-free, paleo and made with healthy ingredients) are hard to come by, but we’ve found an easy hack for you using our Sweet Cinnamon Crunch Crackers. Smother these healthy waffles with butter, sugar-free syrup, or eat just by themselves for a low carb breakfast. Follow the recipe below to make your keto waffle dreams come true!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat waffle maker. Place Sweet Cinnamon Crunch Crackers into a food processor and process until crumbled completely. 
  2. Add 1/4 cup of crumbs to a bowl and add your egg. Mix thoroughly. 
  3. Add mixture to waffle maker and cook 5-7 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from waffle maker, add favorite toppings and enjoy!
