Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Soak cashews in hot water for at least 15 minutes, up to 2 hours.  
  2. Drain cashews and add to a blender or food processor. Add broth (or water), garlic, nutritional yeast, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. 
  3. Blend until creamy. Scrape down sides and adjust seasoning to taste. Thin with extra broth or water if desired.  
  4. Add green chilis (or diced jalapeños if you love it spicy!) and warm in a pot over low heat stirring occasionally. Serve with Phat crackers and enjoy!
