Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Method:
  2. Soak 16 bamboo skewers in a bowl of water.
  3. Remove the shrimp shells on the shrimp and leave the tails intact.
  4. Add all the ingredients in a bowl except for the shredded pork skin and add the shrimp to the bowl. Marinade the shrimp for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare shredded pork skin by air frying it for 10-12 minutes in the airfryer at 400F.
  6. Stretch the shrimp and insert the skewers to keep it from curling (please see video).
  7. Wrap the shredded pork skin around the shrimp loosely.
  8. Air fry for 6-8 minutes in the air fryer (3-4 minutes on each side).
  9. Serve with keto Thai sweet chilli sauce or Vietnamese dipping sauce.
