Keto Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut Aminos, (65 ml)
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Wheat-free Tamari, (65 ml)
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Premium Keto Oyster Sauce (click for recipe), (125 ml)
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Shaoxing Wine (Chinese Rice Wine), or dry sherry (65 ml)
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Allulose
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1-2 tsp1-2 tsp1-2 tsp White Pepper, ground
- .5-1 tsp.5-1 tsp.5-1 tsp Gum Arabic (Acacia Gum), or 1/2 Tbsp sodium alginate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, add all the ingredients together and blend until thickened.
- Let the air bubbles settle on top and remove it with a spoon. If using gum arabic to thicken, refrigerate the sauce. The air bubbles should settle on its own. Store in a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

Note: Any air bubbles left behind after blending will disappear during cooking.
