Lasagna Soup
if you’re looking for something that will keep everybody interested in a weeknight dinner, this homemade lasagna soup is calling your name. It puts a fun twist on the everyday pasta that your kids eat for dinner. Everyone loved this dish!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Yellow Onion
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Chicken Broth

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Gluten-Free Tortellini
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Basil, Fresh

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Oregano, Dried

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, cook your ground, beef and onions until everything is perfectly cooked.
- In a large pot, add the ground beef, onions, marinara sauce, chicken broth, tortellini’s, basil, and spices. Bring the pot to a boil and then simmer it over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Drop the temperature too low and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Add to a bowl and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Enjoy!
