The flavors are incredible and taste rich and cheesy even though it is dairy free! This is the perfect any day of the week dish when you want dinner on the table quickly! Pair it with a nice salad and you have an amazing meal the family, even the kiddos, will love!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Heat oil in 12" skillet
  2. Add beef, crumble & cook till no longer pink
  3. Drain any liquid out
  4. Add half of the marinara sauce
  5. Add spice, stir to combine
  6. Add half of the ricotta, stir well
  7. Layer the "noodles" overlapping if necessary to cover meat sauce completely
  8. In a small bowl add remaining marinara and ricotta
  9. Spread over top of noodles
  10. Cover & simmer 10 minutes on medium low heat
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired
