Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Bring the water to a boil and put the tea bags in. Turn off the heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags.
  2. While the tea is steeping, combine the milk, protein powder, lavender syrup, and salt in a blender and blend until frothy. This can also be done with a handheld milk frother.
  3. Pour the tea into a large cup/mug and top with the lavender protein milk. Place any leftover foam on top of the tea latte and enjoy!

Notes

If you would like to make homemade lavender milk you'll need 1 tsp of dried lavender. Place the dried lavender and milk into a small pot and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and allow the lavender to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the lavender out and use the milk in the above recipe, omitting the lavender syrup.
