Leftover Salmon Salad (Edit recipe)

I’ll be the first to say I LOVE leftovers, but not ALL leftovers are the same. Fish tends to be my no-no spot when it comes to reheating. Instead of wasting this salmon, I’ve whipped it together as a quick salad (mayo, mustard, onion, & chives). How do you repurpose your leftovers?

  1. 1. Take leftover, chilled salmon and carefully break apart using a fork.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions, chives, mayonnaise, and mustard and stir.
  3. 3. Serve as is or with crackers. Provecho Amigos!
