Lemon Blueberry Crunch Protein Ice-cream (Ninja Creami)
This Lemon Blueberry Crunch Protein Ice Cream is the ultimate "cheat code" for a post-workout snack or a guilt-free late-night treat. It hits that perfect high note of bright, tart citrus followed by the mellow sweetness of blueberries. But the real star is the texture—we’ve swapped standard toppings for sprouted granola to give you a satisfying, nutrient-dense crunch in every spoonful.
