Limber de Leche (Milk Ice Pops)
Limber de leche are delicious ice pops made with milk and cream. They originate in Puerto Rico and are enjoyed year-round on the island.
Ingredients
- 28 oz28 oz28 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk, 2 cans
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Evaporated Milk, 1 can
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar, optional
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Whipped Cream, for garnish, optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a blender, add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Skim excess foam from the top with a large spoon.
- Pour mixture into plastic cups and cover the cups with lids.
- Place in the freezer and freeze for about 1-2 hours. When it's halfway frozen, place a popsicle stick in the center, (if using sticks).
- Place back in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
Notes
Make creamy limber ice cubes and add them to your iced latte, cold brewed coffee, coquito, or horchata!
