Limber de Kahlúa (Kahlúa Ice Pops)
Limber de Kahlúa are delicious ice pops made with milk, cream, and coffee flavored liqueur. If a creamy cafécito con leche is your vibe, you'll definitely love limber de Kahlúa!
Ingredients

- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Evaporated Milk, 1 can
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Milk
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Coffee Liqueur - Kahlúa
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Instant Coffee
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Whipped Cream, for garnish
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cocoa Powder, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a blender, add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Skim excess foam from the top with a large spoon.
- Pour mixture into plastic cups and cover the cups with lids.
- Place in the freezer and freeze for about 1-2 hours. When it's halfway frozen, place a popsicle stick in the center, (if using sticks).
- Place back in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top. Enjoy!
Notes
Make creamy limber ice cubes and add them to your iced latte, cold brewed coffee, coquito, or horchata!
