Magic Green Cookies (Edit recipe)

Did you know if you mix sunbutter and baking soda, it will turn the inside of your cookies green while baking? I had a request to make these dye free cookies and they came out so good! These would be a fun St. Paddy’s Day treat! Why does this happen? Well, when the chlorophyl from the sunflower seeds mixes with baking soda when baked, it turns the cookies GREEN! No dye needed for these fun cookies!
