Copycat Costco Cashew Clusters (Edit recipe)

Have you tried or seen the cashew clusters at Costco? Ellie wanted to get them and I saw they used 3 different sweeteners (honey, cane sugar, and rice syrup) and I was like nah I can make this at home using one sweetener. So I did, and they are glorious. I used a silicone mini muffin tin to help them hold their shape, but I bet you could press this into a pan and break apart once it sets.
