- 5 tsp5 tsp5 tsp Vanilla Protein Powder, (I used 1 scoop of Earth Chimp vanilla protein powder)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup unsweetened oat milk, (or your favorite plant-based milk)
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole mandarin orange, (2 small ones broken up into segments)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Using a 2-cup mason jar (or container of your choice) – add the steel cut oats, chia seeds and milk. Stir well, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (8 to 10 hours).
- Remove the oats from the fridge and add the protein powder, mandarin pieces and shredded coconut. (or add it all to a bowl) and enjoy!
- I make four servings at a time and store them in the fridge. The longer they sit, the chewier the oats become. They last up to five days, but less if you add fruit and toppings before refrigerating.
