the yoghurt base is mixed with a scoop of collagen powder for a little extra boost, making this snack both delicious and functional.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt with 1 tbsp Naked Harvest collagen powder and 1 tbsp pure maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Stir through 1/2 cup chopped mango.
  3. Scoop the yoghurt mixture into clusters on a lined baking tray. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt 100 g white chocolate and stir in 2 tsp matcha powder until fully combined.
  5. Coat the frozen yoghurt bites in the matcha chocolate mixture.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours or until completely set.
