This salad is perfect for a warm summer evening or a quick lunch. It incorporates both Greek and Italian flavors and is fresh and light.

- 111 Carrots, sliced small
- .25.25.25 Red Onion, sliced thin
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Italian Dressing

- Slice the steak thinly against the grain. Add seasoning salt.
- Cook the steak pieces on medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet. Don’t overcrowd pan, cook in batches.
