this milomisu overnight weetbix is basically what happens when your inner child and your grown-up self agree on breakfast.
it’s chocolatey, creamy, a little nostalgic, and ridiculously easy to throw together.
perfect for when you want a breakfast that feels a little extra but still takes five minutes to make.
Ingredients
base
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Weetabix
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Instant Coffee
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hot Water
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Soy Milk, or your milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Milo - Nestle
yoghurt layer
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Deluxe Chocolate Almond Protein Powder - Macro Mike, DC: AMB-CHENOA to save 10%
topping
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Milo - Nestle, or just measure with your heart
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- mix instant coffee and by water together to dissolve.
- in a bowl/container combine weetbix, coffee, milk and sweetener.
- press down the base until flat and sprinkle milo over the top.
- in a seperate bowl combine yoghurt and protein powder. spread evenly over the base.
- refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins).
- before serving dust with more milo (for that crunch) and enjoy!
