Peaches & Cream Overnight Weetbix
Perfect for busy mornings when you want something quick, nourishing and actually exciting to wake up to!
Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Weetabix, crushed
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Milk, any works fine!

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peaches, I used tinned!
For the yoghurt layer:
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, or any yoghurt of choice!

- 3 pieces3 pieces3 pieces Peaches, sliced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine the weetbix, milk and maple syrup into a container, and press down until firm.
- Dice peaches into small cubes. Spread over the weetbix base.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yoghurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over the diced peaches.
- Top with sliced peaches and pumpkin seeds.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
