For the base:

  • 2 pieces Weetabix, crushed
  • 0.333 cup Milk, any works fine!
  • 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional
  • 0.25 cup Peaches, I used tinned!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine the weetbix, milk and maple syrup into a container, and press down until firm.
  2. Dice peaches into small cubes. Spread over the weetbix base.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yoghurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over the diced peaches.
  4. Top with sliced peaches and pumpkin seeds.
  5. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
