Mini Tortilla Pizza
Tortilla pizzas are a super easy lunch for the little ones, and a great recipe for them to help with too. With a sauce to spread, cheese to sprinkle, and a fun seasoning to shake, this recipe comes together quickly and makes a great lunch!
Ingredients
- 111 Cassava Flour Tortillas - Siete Foods, 8" size

- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Tomato Puree (Strained Tomatoes)
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Little Palates Herb Garden Seasoning - Primal Palate

- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Place the cassava tortilla on a baking sheet
- Spread the tomato puree around, leaving about a half inch to the edge (this is the “crust”).
- Sprinkle with Herb Garden seasoning.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Slice and serve!
