Miso Sesame Sweet Potato Tuna Patties

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sweet Potato, mashed
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Canned Tuna, 2 cans
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp White Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Green Onion (Scallion), finely chopped
- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Original Nut Crumbs, or bread crumbs of choice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Furikake, or sesame seeds

- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, tuna, miso paste, coconut aminos, green onion, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
- Stir in the beaten egg and almond flour to bind the mixture.
- Form the mixture into small patties (about 2-3 inches in diameter). Sprinkle sesame seeds on each side of the patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
