These no-bake Monster Cookie Energy Balls take all the best parts of the classic monster cookie and give them a wholesome, high-protein twist. Packed with creamy peanut butter, chewy oats, chocolate chips, and colorful chocolate candies, they’re the perfect sweet pick-me-up for when you need a quick boost. This easy recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and guaranteed to be a hit!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, natural recommended (just peanuts + salt), can substitute SunButter, almond butter, or cashew butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Oats, Rolled
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips, dairy-free

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Rainbow Candy Coated Chocolate Chips, (vegan M&M style candy)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and candy coated chocolate gems until well combined.
- Use your hands or a cookie scoop to roll the mixture into 10 balls.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Enjoy!
Notes
Storage: Store energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months. For this recipe, I recommend my favorite vegan vanilla protein powder, dairy-free dark chocolate chips, and vegan M&M style candy.
