Notes
I love using my Ninja Foodi Power Blender for making juice, smoothies, dough, even masa for pasteles and alcapurrias! It’s my favorite kitchen appliance ever! Shop my other favorite amazon items that I used for this recipe. Take a fresh lemon, lime, or orange. Slice a ring from the center, about 1/4 inch thick, from the thickest part of the fruit. Make a slice halfway through and carefully slice around the fruit to separate the peel from the fruit. The pith or white part of the peel is bitter so you won’t want to keep too much of it. Slice halfway between the edge of the peel and the fruit, about halfway through the pith. Slice all the way around until you are left with the peel strip. Trim the edges lengthwise, if necessary to make the width of the strip even. Twist the peel into a curly, spiral shape. You can twist it with your hands or use a metal straw to form the shape. The peel should naturally hold its shape. Use the lemon curl or twist to garnish drinks and bring your presentation game to the next level! Keyword morir soñando
