A light bite from the room temperature mozzarella, saltiness and heaven from the prosciutto, fresh basil and a garlicky baguette, all countered by a slightly tangy, slightly sweet balsamic. I could eat this every day.

  2. After taking them out of the oven, gently rub the cut side of a garlic clove over each slice 2–3 times for a subtle, aromatic flavor.
  3. Layer a slice of mozzarella on each piece of toast, ensuring it matches the size of the bread.On top of the mozzarella, place a basil leaf.
  4. Add a fresh basil leaf on top of the mozzarella, followed by half a slice of prosciutto.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze on top and enjoy!
