Neopolitan Popsicles (dairy free)
Creamy ice cream pops made without dairy, refined sugars, or dyes. It's made up of one single base, then divided to add whole strawberries and antioxidant rich cacao powder
I personally added 1 scoop strawberry protein powder into my pink layer, and 1.5 tbsp choc protein powder + 1.5 tbsp cacao powder for my chocolate layer- totally optional! my favorite clean protein powder is from just ingredients brand. My code ColleenF10 saves you 10% sitewide
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Coconut Cream
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Milk
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Strawberries
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- blend together the coconut cream, milk, syrup, and vanilla, then divide into 3
- Process strawberries until smooth, then process that with 1/3 of above
- Mix in 3 tbsp cacao powder OR chocolate protein powder with another 1/3 of above
- Use a funnel to layer in the flavors one at a time
- Freeze at least 4 hours
- Enjoy!
Notes
You want a creamy texture. If too thin (it will cause the layers to blend together) blend in more coconut cream or even some banana to thicken it back up
