No Bake Chickpea Bars
If you want more no bake snacks in your life, these chickpea bars were one of my first no bake snacks I created and they are the gift that keeps on giving. NO you don’t taste the chickpeas, and YES these will be hard to stop eating.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chickpeas, cooked
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Peanut Butter
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Coconut Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Milk, dairy free or regular
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a food processor, pulse all of the ingredients together up to the chocolate chips.
- Line a loaf pan or 9x9 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the pan. Place in the freezer to set (around 15-20 min)
- Meanwhile, make the chocolate topping by melting your dark chocolate chips (I used sugar free) and coconut oil in a bowl in 30 second increments in the microwave.
- Take the pan out of the freezer and evenly spread the chocolate on top with a spatula.
- Place back in freezer for around 15 min and cut into slices! You can store in the fridge up to 10 days.
