Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium saucepan, add the soy milk, sugar and instant coffee.
  2. Over a medium-low heat, dissolve the coffee and sugar.
  3. Set the coffee mixture aside and allow to cool.
  4. Remove skin and pit from the avocado and place in a food processor with the cooled coffee mixture, cocoa powder and coffee liqueur.
  5. Place in the fridge and once it's chilled it is ready to serve.
