Orange Miso Roasted Cranberry Brussel Sprouts
A bright and flavorful side dish perfect for the holidays or any special occasion! These Brussels sprouts and cranberries are roasted to golden perfection, then tossed in a tangy orange miso glaze!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Brussels Sprouts, quartered
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup fresh Cranberries
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp dried Thyme
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt and Pepper, or to taste
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp White Miso Paste
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Orange Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Orange Zest
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ginger Root, minced
- 1 pint1 pint1 pint Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, thyme, and pepper on a baking sheet. Spread them out evenly and roast for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, and adding the cranberries until golden and tender.
- While the sprouts roast, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, orange juice, orange zest, tahini, ginger, salt, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the miso-orange glaze over the sprouts and toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with optional toasted nuts for added crunch.
