A bright and flavorful side dish perfect for the holidays or any special occasion! These Brussels sprouts and cranberries are roasted to golden perfection, then tossed in a tangy orange miso glaze!

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, thyme, and pepper on a baking sheet. Spread them out evenly and roast for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, and adding the cranberries until golden and tender.
  3. While the sprouts roast, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, orange juice, orange zest, tahini, ginger, salt, and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the miso-orange glaze over the sprouts and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with optional toasted nuts for added crunch.
