“Oreo” Cookie Dough Bark
A no-bake, rich and chocolatey bark that tastes just like Oreo cookie dough—without the processed stuff! Made with black cacao for that signature deep chocolate flavor.

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chocolate Protein Powder - Nuzest, Vanilla works too
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Baking Sweetener 1:1 Sugar Substitute - Lakanto
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Organic Toasted Coconut Butter - Georgia Grinders
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chocolate Collagen - Further Food

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, black cacao, protein powder, and salt. Stir in melted coconut oil, sugar, and vanilla until dough-like.
- Spread the cookie dough mixture into an even layer (about 1/2 inch thick) and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
- Microwave coconut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, then add in the collagen.
- Pour or drizzle melted coconut butter over the chilled cookie dough layer, then sprinkle with extra crushed cookies or sprinkles
- Freeze until firm – About 30 minutes, then break into bark pieces and enjoy!
