I have long made my pork tenderloins using this method, but recently stumbled upon turkey tenderloins. talk about juicy, tender, & moist. this just adds to the list of perfect meal prep proteins to throw into any recipe! add it to a bowl, sandwich, wrap, salad, or truthfully whatever floats your boat!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. pat your tenderloin dry, then add seasoning of choice.
  3. heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, then sear turkey tenderloin for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. pour in ACV + water, then bake tenderloin for 25-35 minutes or until reaches internal temperature of 165.
  5. let the turkey rest for 10 minutes (this allows all the juices to evenly distribute), then slice.
  6. I like to keep the meat stored in the juices to allow for tender meat when reheating.
