Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pour any liquid in the cream cheese container out, it’s not needed and could impair being able to help the cheese ball maintain its shape.
  2. Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and add the sliced green onions and spice blend. Mix this all together with a hand mixer until fully combined. Place this mixture back into the container and set it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  3. While the cheese firms up, prepare the coating. Combine coating ingredients on a cutting board and finely dice them all together to combine. Lay a piece of plastic wrap down on a flat surface and lay coating in the middle.
  4. Once cheese has firmed up, remove from the freezer and place it in the middle of the coating mixture. Carefully shape into a ball, rolling gently to coat. Feel free to sprinkle the coating with your fingers and also use the plastic to help roll the ball.
  5. When you have the entire ball coated, wrap it up using the plastic tightly so that it will hold it’s shape. Set it in the fridge for a minimum for 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, remove from plastic and place on serving dish and ENJOY!

Notes

Couple things to note:
Kite Hill cream cheese is not as firm as a standard cream cheese. This is why a little bit of freezer time after mixing it together is needed.
This cheese ball is totally customizable to suit your taste buds.
Do you have to shape it into a ball? Nope! You can mix it up and spoon into a little serving dish and top with a little coating mix
