Paleo Linguine With Steamed Lemon Clams (Edit recipe)

Growing up, my dad would make linguine with clams weekly during the summer! So when Jovial Foods introduced their new cassava pasta, I knew I had to recreate my favorite meal!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook @jovialfoods cassava spaghetti for 11 minutes!
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat a large pot/pan over medium-high and add cooking oil and saute garlic & onion for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the broth / water and lower the heat to simmer for 3-5 minutes
  4. Add the clams to the pot. Cover and turn the best to medium-high. Cook for 6 minutes.
  5. Add the ghee, lemon juice and parsley (discard any clams that didn't open).
  6. Add spaghetti to large bowls and top with clams and spoonfuls of the liquid!
  7. Enjoy!
