Snickers Cheesecake Parfait
A thick, creamy, high-protein cheesecake-style dessert (or breakfast!) layered with peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and a glossy chocolate ganache!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chocolate Syrup, optional, to line the glass
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Fage brand is recommended as it is very tick, but any will work!
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Peanut Butter Powder

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Peanuts, Chopped + divided
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Crunchy Peanut Butter, divided

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Milk, can sub any milk of choice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of your serving glass if using.
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and powdered peanut butter until smooth and combined. The mixture will be thick; add a tiny splash of milk if needed to reach a creamy consistency. Divide the mixture into two portions.
- Chop the dry roasted peanuts and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, maple syrup, and milk until smooth and glossy to make the chocolate ganache.
- Add half of the cheesecake mixture to the serving glass, then layer with 1 tsp crunchy peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts.
- Add the remaining cheesecake mixture, then top with the remaining peanut butter.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the top and finish with the remaining chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt if desired.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for about 20 minutes for a cold treat!
