- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pecans

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Powdered Sugar

- Add your peanut butter, nuts, powdered sugar, and dates to a food processor or blender and blend until combined.
- Take 1 tbsp of “dough” and squish into a ball.
- Repeat until all dough is used - makes about 18 balls.
- Chill balls for 30+ minutes.
- Coat in melted chocolate and chill again before serving!
