peanut butter protein eggs (Edit recipe)

reese's are great anytime of year, but reese's eggs are a staple easter treat. here is a homemade version that has added protein & no sugar!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, pb powder, & vanilla extract.
  2. add peanut butter mixture to small silicon molds or using a small cookie scoop, make each into an egg or ball shape.
  3. freeze peanut butter mixture for 10-20 minutes.
  4. in a bowl, microwave dark chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted.
  5. dip each egg into chocolate, then place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. sprinkle on salt or LMNT.
  7. freeze for at least 20-30 minutes before consuming, then store remaining in the freezer.
